Pine House is a family home on the Hepscott Park estate approximately 3 miles south of  Morpeth, Northumberland on the A192. It is also approximately 3 miles east of Stannington junction on the A1 which is about 12 miles north of Newcastle. 

Once in Hepscott Park and after about 200 yards down the main drive Pine House is signposted through a gated and tarmacked driveway on the left.

There is ample room for parking both private vehicles and minibuses.
